THE COLORS APPEAR TO BE CORRECT...THEY MADE VERY FEW WHITE CARS WITH SILVER COVES-122 TOTAL?
THIS CAR RUNS AND DRIVES LIKE IT WAS NEW...STARTS WITH BARELY ONE PUMP

TRANSMISSION NUMBER: 3743368 (LOOKS LIKE 1958 TRANSMISSION...I COULDN'T FIND A DATE OR CODE BUT IT APPEARS TO BE CORRECT.
DESCRIPTION:
THIS CAR WAS OWNED LOCALLY IN MICHIGAN FOR THE LAST 17 YEARS THE PAINT HAS A GREAT SHINE BUT APPEARS OLD AND A LITTLE THIN. IT LOOKS DESCENT FROM 25 FEET BUT COULD USE A PAINT JOB. THE CHROME IS ORIGINAL AND IS SHOWING CORROSION...IT COULD BE RECHROMED. MOST OF THE RUBBER STRIPPING IS OLD AND DRY ROTTED. THE INTERIOR IS NEW AND ORIGINAL LOOKING EXCEPT FOR THE SPEAKERS IN THE KICK PANELS AS WELL AS THE RADIO. THE SHIFTER IS ALSO INCORRECT. THE HARDTOP IS IN GREAT CONDITION (A COUPLE OF MINOR PAINT CHIPS). THE SOFT TOP IS NEW. THE FRAME IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THERE IS NO RUST OR FLAKING. THE REAR CROSS BAR WAS REPLACED. MECHANICALLY THIS CORVETTE IS VERY SOUND. IT HAS NEW INTAKE GASKETS AND NEW VALVE COVER GASKETS. IT HAS NEW BRAKES IN THE FRONT. IT LOOKS AS THOUGH THE REAR END HAS SOME SEEPAGE. EVERYTHING WORKS LIKE IT SHOULD...THE TACH WORKS BUT IS A LITTLE NOISY. THE ORIGINAL WHEEL COVERS ARE IN GREAT CONDITION. THE TIRES ARE IN GREAT CONDITION. THE BODY APPEARS TO BE VERY STRAIGHT WITH LITTLE OR NO BODY WORK EXCEPT FOR A LITTLE IN THE HOOD...SEE PICTURES. THE ORIGINAL WINDSHIELD HAS A SMALL CHIP ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE BUT NOT IN LINE OF SIGHT. THE DRIVER'S WINDOW HAS A CHIP AND A SCRATCH. THIS CAR WOULD MAKE A GREAT DRIVER AND COULD BECOME A SHOW CAR WITH SOME WORK(IT HAS ALL THE CRITERIA).
